Let’s Turn the Planet into a Vegetable Garden! 💚

Gardens4Good, a non-profit, began on the rooftop of a nursing home in Paris, France, where our founder (Chris) volunteered to help elderly residents with Alzheimer's start their own vegetable garden. The garden brought them food, healing and joy, inspiring visitors who asked how they, too, could grow their own food. That's how we embarked on a global mission to share gardening tutorials, empowering people everywhere to turn spaces—big or small—into thriving vegetable gardens. Join us in transforming our world into a happy, abundant food garden for all!

⬅️ Your support helps Gardens4Good bring healing, food, and community through vegetable gardening for all! Donate today and empower more people to grow their own food, no matter their space.

Every seed counts! 🌿💖 🙏

This pilot project consists in setting up a productive vegetable garden on the roof/terrace of the Annie Girardot nursing home in Paris, integrated in the form of an innovative food and social ecosystem, in order to offer dependent residents, especially the victims of Alzheimer disease: seasonal activities based around vegetables and berries, an access to healthy and free food, an improved living environment, and a concrete and visible ecological impact. Biotechnology Company @Bayer Says Fruit and Vegetables are the Best Solution for Health 😵🥦

Bayer researchers explain that fueling our bodies with more fruits and vegetables is a natural way to gain and retain energy and boost our immune systems. When considering the wealth in health, some direct benefits of nourishing the body with a variety of powerful produce are increased levels of protein and folic acid in legumes, Vitamin C from cauliflower, peppers, or broccoli. And the leafy greens in your salad? They are filled with compounds such as sulforaphane, which may help prevent cancer.
